Having multiple things/issues to address in therapy is very common. I would suggest taking on one issue at a time to get the most out of it versus rushing to address everything all at once. It's okay to give yourself some grace and take it one step at a time.

That's a great question. The easy answer is to do some Brain/bodyspotting to explore those feelings and where they manifest or live in your body. I'm curious too how long you've felt this way or if anything triggered it? I would explore this further to find relief.
