About Viviana Diaz

Accepting New Clients for Teletherapy! I currently accept Out of Pocket clients. If you are looking for a different perspective in therapy, you find that your pain is too great and do not know where to start. You have tried other crisis services, hospitalizations, medication, community mental health services and yet, you feel that you are still behind in different areas of your personal life. You may be frustrated and feel tired as you think you have tried everything. You may have supportive family members, and you are unable to connect with them. You feel overwhelmed by shame, guilt, and ongoing conflict with yourself, or not feeling enough. Look no further, I assist my clients to uncover their difficulties and create a therapeutic plan based on your needs. I provide individuals with a safe space to explore their inner resources and develop them and integrate them in client’s daily life. I provide a safe space for my clients to explore in a non-judgmental manner what options are available to you. I provide individual, family, and group therapy to individuals struggling with life transitions, long standing mental illness, and family conflict. I implement a variety of evidenced based practices with a person centered and holistic approach to assist clients including: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution Focused Therapy, Family Systems Therapy, and implementation of Mindfulness. My main mission includes providing culturally informed access to mental health services to the BIPOC individuals, with particular focus on the Latinx community. I support clients in reducing stigmas about mental and instill self-awareness of their own emotional needs.
