As an Atlanta native, I attended Kennesaw State University with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy from Mercer University’s School of Medicine. I continued my training with certifications in life coaching and mindfulness. Being a therapist provides me the opportunity to support my clients and watch them develop the skills necessary to live the life that they desire.
I incorporate cultural competency in my work with clients as we work to create the connections in the relationships they want. At times, we move through the world disconnected from ourselves and the ones we love. Being emotionally and mentally isolated creates the inability to be fully present in our everyday life. As your therapist, my goal is to assist you by providing a safe space to be vulnerable and process your emotions. Allow me to assist you in creating the life and relationships you want.
