About Robert Wade

I consider myself a healer, which I believe is a gift – to which I have added many years of professional training, education and experience. One of my greatest strengths is my ability to create an environment where people feel safe enough to say everything that they need to, including things about which they may feel shame, guilt, violation or rage.

We first start by talking about whatever you feel ready to talk about. This helps me to build an understanding of patterns and history to drive our work together forward. During the next phase, I may do some teaching and skills while talking through stories to reduce symptoms while making long-lasting changes and exploring life themes.

Not at all! Trauma can manifest itself in many ways, such as depression and anxiety. Trauma can also cause sleep issues, nightmares are what I hear about the most but it can also cause insomnia.
