I am pleased to announce the opening of my new location in Escanaba, MI. Waugh’s Holistic Wellness Center (WHWC) will be offering Life Coaching in Individual, Group, and Classes Settings. Treatment Approach includes; Art Therapy, Coaching using Cognitive Behavioral (CBT), Family / Marital, Forensic Psychology, Structural Family Therapy, Transpersonal, Trauma-Focused, Modalities with Individuals, Couples and Groups. Age include Toddlers / Preschoolers (0 to 6), Children (6 to 10), Preteens / Tweens (11 to 13), Adolescents / Teenagers (14 to 19), Adults and Elders (65+).

My educational and professional background experiences include a Bachelors degree in Criminal Justice with a focus in Addiction Studies, Professional Certifications from Havard University in Prescription Drug Regulation, Cost, and Access, Improving Global Health, Fundamentals of Neuroscience part 1, 2, and 3. Transformation Academy Health and Life Coaching, Group Coaching and Public Speaking and Leadership, I am also currently in a Ph.D. Clinical Psychology Program at Walden University. I have over 10 years in professional experience.

My job is to be there to provide invaluable support for each client who may be trying to overcome their compulsive, obsessive, or even destructive lifestyle behaviors. I am here to help you make smart choices and healthy decisions, with the number-one priority being never to doubt yourself! You Can Do This!

I understand that this must be a difficult time for you with many adjustments. If you feel comfortable enough to ask your parents to see a Life Coach or a therapist, this may be an excellent place to start. Absolutely! Therapy is the best time to have the opportunity to open up and deal with the range of emotions that may be bothering you.
