"We use to have hard times whenever we face difficulties that challenge our ego. Most of the time, we tend to avoid facing these challenges or we do deal with them in destructive ways, mainly because of not having learned more assertive and functional ways to take care of ourselves, relationships and circumstances in life.
My approach is focused on promoting your insight about why you think, feel and react the way you do, to support you to take advantage of your own skills and potential and to guide you on working on yourself, your emotional needs, wounds and fears, those that are not allowing you to mindfully and gently take good care of yourself, life and your relationships with others.
I do take into account exploring and working on the issues affecting your mood and functioning, and facilitating the learning of personal tools that would allow you to ventilate, understand and process feelings, as well as to promote concrete positive changes in your life.
