About Rachelle Burrell

Hello. I care about people and I want to help you to live your best life. I have over 25 years of experience working with people from ages 5 through late adulthood. Much of my current interest is in geriatrics, although I still enjoy my work with teens, young adults and middle adulthood. My education is in Human Development and Family Studies as well as Social Work. My general approach is gentle and supportive and I help people to find and develop strengths, improve their self-care practices, and learn coping skills for coping with life challenges. I specialize in anxiety, grief and loss, compassion fatigue, and issues of aging.

You are in charge of your therapy and I will collaborate as teacher, listener, and guide. I look forward to talking to you.
