About Pamela Suraci

Imagine what your life could be like if you felt confident in your relationship skills? If you felt calm, like you could manage problems as they arise? If you were certain that you have the emotional resilience to withstand disappointments and still move forward?

I help people through important, and sometimes perilous transitions - from adding a new family member to empty-nest; launching your own kids to assisting elderly parents; from losing a spouse to gaining a step family; from being a parent to being a parent-in-law and grandparent- even the changes that are good can be tricky - you CAN do it gracefully, you just need a little help and support.

If that sounds good, you are in the right place. I help my clients (from all over California) set and reach goals, gain new skills, create more emotional and mental health and build an already-existing strengths. I believe in providing practical tools that are usable right away and I specialize in relationships.

I see clients online on a secure platform, so if you live in California, get in touch. Let's build you a great life full of satisfying relationships!!

When you say you've "been caught", I am assuming that means your parents know you've been sneaking out. If that's the case, could you ask for their help? A lot depends on the age of your child, but given that it was a mis-used debit card, I am going to guess he's a teen? Assuming that, there are a couple of important things to keep in mind...1. That he lied about the misuse indicates he knows he was in the wrong. That's a dreadful feeling... more

That's a tough one. Would you and your husband be willing to attend couples counseling during the separation? That would benefit you both. If you separate and reconcile, what will have changed other than you having time apart? You will need to gain new skills to enhance and maintain your... more

If I understand you correctly, this "maybe-boyfriend" has done a partial break up, and wants to maintain a partial relationship. Is that ok with you? And, if it is, what does it cost you? He says he's "done" but still wants the connection. That seems to leave him free to explore other options... more
