About Pamela Griggs

Sometimes we just need someone whom is not involved with our situation to listen and provide us with some unbiased feedback from a trained professional. Sometimes we need some extra help making a difficult decision, solving a problem or perhaps dealing with the mental illness of a loved one. My goal is to provide you with a safe and trusting environment that will help you to reach your goals.

I offer 20 years experience of dealing with problems such as depression, anxiety, anger, addiction, family relationship issues, trauma, and marital issues. Treatment is individualized so that you can accomplish goals that are important to you. I am EMDR Certified.
