About Naomi Krajewski

Hello there. My name is Naomi Krajewski. I am a therapist, an artist, and above all, I am an optimist. I believe that with the right help, deep healing is possible.

Negative experiences shape how we think about ourselves, but they don't have to define us forever. We can learn new ways of relating to ourselves and the people around us with the right kind of support.

I believe each of us is more than our wounds, and I always keep sight of your strengths - even when you can’t see them yourself. My integrated approach to therapy uses a variety of interventions tailored to your individual combination of strengths, wounds, desires, and goals to address the root cause of your suffering.

People describe working with me as an experience of warm acceptance. Others note my empathy and compassion, as well as my use of humor when appropriate. Many of my clients express relief when they receive my unconditional care.

Recovering from past harm can be done with a therapist who is well-trained in trauma recovery. This type of therapy is most effective when done in three stages. The first stage is comprised of practices that help the client learn to self-soothe - these can include mindfulness practices, breathing... more
