I have over 25 years of experience providing psychotherapy, and since 2013 provide solely online therapy sessions. The key to success in therapy is consistency. Teletherapy enhables you to attend sessions consistently. Despite obstacles presented by bad weather, transportation issues, difficulty finding a therapist in close proximity, caretaking responsibilities at home, and illness and chronic pain, you are able to meet for therapy sessions from the comfort of your home.
