About Krista Harper, MA, LMFT

When you are in the midst of a difficult time in your life, it can be hard to know where to turn. Reaching out for support is a brave first step toward healing and growth. I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in Hawaii and Georgia, and I am grateful for each client who invites me into his or her life.

As a therapist, I strive to allow you to feel heard, validated, and understood as you share your story. I can help you highlight your strengths in order to support and empower you to create any changes in your life or make it through to the other side of a painful and challenging situation. I understand how hard it can be to discuss certain things in your life, and I am dedicated to providing a safe and comfortable relationship where you can explore and process your thoughts and emotions.

I enjoy working with adults navigating stressful life transitions, and I have a particular interest in women's issues, relationship and health challenges, and supporting military families. Additionally, I have completed a maternal mental health certificate training through Postpartum Support International and appreciate the opportunity to support new and expecting moms and dads with the transition to parenthood.

I realize that the process of finding a therapist with whom you feel comfortable can be stressful and overwhelming. Give me a call at (478) 561 0733 or email me at [email protected] to set up a complimentary phone consultation, and we can discuss any questions or concerns you may have.
