About Katrina Whitehead MA, LPCC

If you have gone through trauma and are struggling with low self esteem, depression, anxiety, loneliness, and searching for identity in your relationships, you are not alone. I have 6 years experience working with individuals who have past trauma and are struggling to overcome intense emotions and consuming thoughts. I understand how it is important for victims/survivors of trauma to have support while they process through thier experiences. I have gone through many trainings on trauma focused treatment and relationship abuse/conflict, which will allow me to understand the struggles you are experiencing and the motivation to regain your hope and strength.

As a trauma focused therapist I will work with you on finding the best way to cope and process through your trauma. I use different therapy methods as not all clients respond to one method the same. If you don't enjoy talk therapy I am willing to incorporate art based therapy.

In addition to help you process through your past trauma I will also assist you in crisis management, develop healthy boundaries and independence, and help you through relationship conflicts. So if you are struggling with over powering emotions, that has you questioning your identity, and affecting your relationships, I would love to meet with you.

Thank you for reaching out and I can see that this is getting to the point that it is becoming overwhelming with all that is going on.
