About Jenifer Finkelstein

As a licensed therapist, I can help you discover solutions for these and other difficulties you might be facing. I am a strengths-based therapist and my goal is to help you identify as capable, confident and healthy in all ways. Together we will work through life's pressures, transitions and struggles to help develop tools you can use now. We will work towards solutions and leverage your strengths.

Together we will develop an approach to address healthy coping skills, building self esteem, maintaining boundaries and learning new ways to work through difficult situations. My client's appreciate my open and honest communication style and report feeling supported from the very first session.
