About Ivy Gross

I provide individual and family therapy to individuals who are looking for help to cope with life's various twists and turns. I utilize an organic approach to gain an understanding of your specific life situations and stressors that are contributing to your current feelings. I use positive affirmations, strength identification and skill building to encourage you to reach your personal goals. Working as a team we will help you access the skills you need to help you find comfort and to overcome life’s challenges using your strengths to support your own mental health and emotional wellness.

Through my career I have worked with many clients from various backgrounds and dealing with various mental health concerns. I enjoy working with anyone who is ready to change their life and who is seeking support with symptoms of anxiety, relationships, mood disorders, and various life adjustments or past traumas.

I use a variety of modalities including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy; and utilize other approaches as needed. We will tailor our sessions to meet your needs. Please reach out to see if we may be a good therapeutic match.

Past Testimonials:

"I'm beyond grateful to have been able to work with Ivy for about two years. She made me feel like a priority every time I was in her office, listened intently, gave me an individual experience, and made sure her sessions were a comfortable environment to foster growth. She was a beyond fantastic clinician and I could not recommend her services enough!" -E.C. 9/18/19

“When it comes to our children, we would do anything for them. At the same time, it can be nerve-racking trying to find the right help, the right fit. What if the other person does not truly listen or gives bad advice? So many things can go through our minds. I cannot say enough positive things about Ivy. She has been our lifesaver. She is so down to earth. It is apparent she has true compassion and is good at her work. It takes a special someone to do her job. She lives her life helping others every day. We are forever grateful.” -C.S. 10/10/19
