Grace is skilled at and passionate about helping clients overcome fear. Problems that Grace helps her clients overcome include obsessions/compulsions, trauma, worry & overthinking, panic attacks, avoidance / passivity, self-sacrifice, and perfectionism.
Anxiety is a normal part of the human experience but can become problematic, painful, and even debilitating. Grace's approach to anxiety disorders involves multiple therapeutic levels simultaneously. Treatment includes a focus on coping skills and solutions (in an effort to bring a client much-needed relief!) while working towards resolving the core conflict or trauma at the source of the anxiety. The therapies that are used to achieve this include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, Cognitive Processing Therapy, Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy, Exposure Response Prevention, and Psychodynamic Therapy.
The office is located in Farmington Hills, Michigan. Grace also provides high-quality care over an easy to use, HIPAA-compliant video platform for clients located in New York and Michigan.
As an educator and administrator, Grace's passions include behavioral health, clinical social work, anxiety disorders, geriatrics, management, ethics, and barriers to service delivery.
