I offer traditional talk therapy with practices based in: CBT, ACT, person-centered and mindfulness. I use research-based methods to provide treatment based in effectively proven methods.

Creating a compassionate, safe and accepting space for personal growth and fulfillment is of utmost importance in my practice. I sometimes incorporate meditation, art therapy and mindfulness techniques in session, to address anxiety, trauma and difficulties coping with major life transitions.
