I am a fully bilingual psychotherapist, specializing in coaching, and individual and couples therapy. I've been in the field for over 15 years and practicing as a therapist for over 10 years. My primary areas of interest include but are not limited to, anxiety, lack of motivation, low performance, relationship distress, life transitions, pregnancy issues, and parenting. With an eclectic style and through a psychoanalytic lens, I attentively listen to my clients, placing insightful questions that promote self-exploration. Using strategies from different approaches such as EFT, CBT, solution-focused and positive psychology, I guide my clients to promote awareness, acceptance, and understanding of feelings and dynamics to become active participants in their lives. I am genuine, warm, and creative, and have a great sense of humor.

Soy psicoterapeuta totalmente bilingüe, especializada en coaching y terapia individual y de pareja. He estado en el campo por más de 15 años y ejerzo como terapeuta por más de 10 años. Mis principales áreas de interés incluyen, entre otras, la ansiedad, la falta de motivación, el bajo rendimiento, la angustia en las relaciones, las transiciones de la vida, los problemas del embarazo y la crianza de los hijos. Con un estilo ecléctico ya través de un lente psicoanalítico, escucho atentamente a mis clientes, planteando preguntas perspicaces que promuevan la autoexploración. Usando estrategias de diferentes enfoques como EFT, CBT, psicología positiva y centrada en soluciones, guío a mis clientes para promover la conciencia, la aceptación y la comprensión de los sentimientos y la dinámica para convertirse en participantes activos en sus vidas.
