About Beverly Pedroche

I’m a Clinical Psychologist committed to helping women who are struggling to realize and embrace their “awesomeness” due to low self-confidence, codependency, negative self-talk, patterns of poor decision making, lack of assertiveness, anxiety or depression. I also specialize in helping older adults cope with difficulties related to the aging process. My work focuses on identifying and correcting unhealthy, ineffective thoughts and behaviors. The type of therapy that I offer is direct, collaborative and interactive. I’ve been told that I am compassionate and a good listener; however, I am not afraid to challenge your way of thinking.

Telehealth has become very popular during the pandemic. One of the benefits of telehealth, is that you can see a therapist who may not be in your area at all (although depending on where you reside, they likely just need to be licensed in the state where you reside). Not possible! Your therapist will help you prioritize your treatment goals and often, those "issues" are intertwined and as you address one problem, another may resolve or become less problematic.
