About Ashlie Brown

Hi, I’m Ashlie! I’m a counselor and hypnotherapist in the Houston area, but you might also call me a self-growth advocate and life-fulfillment guru! I help people who long to feel contentment within themselves, but can’t seem to garner their strengths because they feel crushed by the demands of life and the needs of others, or they feel haunted by their traumatic past.

I support my clients in creating a meaningful life of passion and fulfillment by teaching them to leave painful experiences behind them so they can tune into their current needs and recognize their life’s true purpose.

My areas of expertise are working with trauma survivors, those that experience intense emotional difficulties or relationship issues, and those that feel like they have tried everything and nothing seems to be working for them. My approach to working with clients is collaborative, uplifting, and encouraging, as I truly believe that each of us have the capacity to grow and flourish in a positive direction if we have the support we need.

If you think you might be interested in seeing a therapist in person, please check out my website for more information about my services. I also offer online counseling for those in Texas if you think that might be a better fit for you.

I think there are many different directions we could go as far as answering your question. I think the first and most important question you need to ask yourself is do you truly believe in your heart that you can forgive him and trust him again? Once you answer that question honestly then you can... more
