My approach to therapy stems from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). As a therapist, my work begins inward through self-acceptance, identifying ineffective behaviors, and embracing positive connections with self and others. Working through depression, anxiety, and stress looks different for each of us. My role is a supportive one as you grow and reach your goals.
I am passionate about working with women, minorities, and teens that have experienced tough things in life or might be looking to find their voice. I love helping teens and adults build confidence, trust, and feel loved while tackling the inner workings of life. There are so many variables that contribute who we are in this moment.
