Is it normal to cry at therapy?
Is it normal for people to cry during therapy, or is it just me?

Some people when they experience emotional release end up crying in session, and you are not alone in that experience! Other people it does not hit them until after they're home, and some people simply don't react in that way; everyone is different and judging your emotional responses in session outside of session may be something to discuss with your therapist.
