Is it normal to cry at therapy?
Is it normal for people to cry during therapy, or is it just me?

It is never out of the ordinary to get emotional during a session. Sometimes we will ask clients to talk about some pretty intense topics, and that can easily trigger the emotions wired with those topics.
Even knowing that, it can be really tough to experience that level of vulnerability. If you are seeing a therapist currently, it could help to process how it feels to you to show raw emotion if that's something that concerns you.
Either way, it is awesome that your body was able to let some stress out for you!
