Can I change my feeling of being worthless to everyone?
I'm going through some things with my feelings and myself. I barely sleep and I do nothing but think about how I'm worthless and how I shouldn't be here.
I've never tried or contemplated suicide. I've always wanted to fix my issues, but I never get around to it.
How can I change my feeling of being worthless to everyone?
First, it sounds so challenging to feel like you are worthless to everyone; finding a therapist to help challenge that belief is probably the best idea; however, if that is not an option, here are a few things to consider: 1. make a list of what makes you not worthless, but also some of the things that you believe make you worthless, 2. think about things you could do to give your life more purpose (helping friends/family, volunteering, starting a new hobby, etc). and 3. ask yourself what stops you from "fixing your issues"; what is the fear or emotion behind that?
