Obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) is a mental disorder where people feel the need to repeatedly check things, have repeated unwanted thoughts, or feel they need to perform certain routines. People with OCD are often unable to control either these repeated thoughts or the activities. Often, the person carries out the activities, but this only provides temporary relief.

Write down your nightmares and discuss them with an analyst or psychotherapist who specializes in dreams, as I do. If you are hearing voices while awake, see a doctor right away.  If the voices are strictly in your dreams, do call for therapy and talk to your caring others about what's happening.
