Kevin works in the Frisco, TX area for individual, couples, and family therapy. He is supervised by Dr. Mahnaz Sadre, LMFT-S. He believes that by emphasizing steps in the right direction, people can work through their hardest problems. Kevin helps clients identify what goals they have for their lives and works with them to help achieve those goals. He wants every client to feel safe and strong in sessions with him and works to empower every client to speak their mind. Kevin is a Christian, and counsels from a Christian perspective.

It is is absolutely normal to cry in therapy. A lot of times the thoughts we have about ourselves are messages we have received from other people and later internalized them.
