About Debbie Gottlieb

The best way to know me is through my clients, here is what one person has to say: Hello, I am Alison, a 26 year old female patient of Debbie Gottlieb. It's hard knowing where to start here, because without the guidance of Ms. Gottlieb, I am not sure I would be typing this. When I first met Debbie, I was extremely detached. I had struggled with dissociative anxiety since my abuse trauma, and was often in my own head. I talked a mile a minute, my speech as racing as my thoughts. It was Debbie who taught me to slow down.

It was Debbie who believed in me when I lost belief in myself. I highly recommend this amazing therapist, guide, soul. Instead of simply letting me ramble aimlessly, she really worked with me to use methods that were actually effective for me. I truly believe that guiding others is her calling.

I still have a long way to go in my journey towards being whole but I don't feel alone in this world anymore. I have more than a therapist, I have a guide to show me the way to life. With Debbie as my beacon, I finally feel ready to embark on my journey.

The feeling of being worthless is caused by your inside being not matching your outside result. Your comparison to others and you thinking you need to be someone other than who you are.
