About Darlene Viggiano

My unique way of helping clients is to offer healing and recovery through mind-body medicine practices including: *hypnosis, *psychotherapy, *dream-work, and *mindful movement. I work with: *adults molested as children, *adult children of alcoholics, *dual diagnosis, *domestic violence and anger issues, *post-traumatic stress disorder, *pregnancy loss, and many other areas. My doctorate is in humanistic and transpersonal psychology and I am the author of a book in the field of psycho-spirituality, as well as a workbook on recovering from pregnancy loss.

I practice and facilitate mind-body medicine uses of: *yoga, *tai chi chih, *qi gong, *core strengthening, *drumming, *dance movement therapy, and *chanting. I am certified by the American Society of Clinical Hypnosis (ASCH) and earned the American Psychological Association (APA) Division 30 Award for Early Career Contributions to Hypnosis.

Write down your nightmares and discuss them with an analyst or psychotherapist who specializes in dreams, as I do. If you are hearing voices while awake, see a doctor right away.  If the voices are strictly in your dreams, do call for therapy and talk to your caring others about what's happening.
