About Adriana Dyurich

Dr. Adriana Dyurich received her PhD in Counselor Education and Supervision from Texas A&M Corpus Christi (TAMUCC) and is a licensed professional counselor in the state of Texas. Dr. Dyurich has extensive experience working with youth and adults facing life stresses related to changes and stages of life, trauma, anxiety, and depression. She has helped many people of diverse ages and backgrounds overcome personal and academic difficulties to become successful.

Dr Dyurich has presented her projects and theories at local, national, and international conferences. Her research concentrates in issues related to wellness and growth, pain management, and women and children including perinatal depression, parenting, and motivation.

She has trained and presented on the use of DBT (for which she received an excellence award), and Narrative Therapy. She also has training and expertise in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Wellness Counseling, Trauma Focused CBT, Play Therapy and other therapeutic methods. Dr. Dyurich co-created the VeedaMom app to support pregnant and new mothers, and utilizes her knowledge and expertise in private practice, offering an integrative, holistic approach to support the flourishing of those with whom she is fortunate to work.
